Students enjoyed a claw machine truck where they could play to win prizes and select merchandise from Oshawa Centre retailers. A relaxed lounge space provided a chill spot to hang out and enjoy the summer heat. GG Media brought the community together with an exciting Back to School event at Oshawa Centre, designed to kick off the season with fun, creativity, and prizes. Kids explored interactive lockers filled with surprises and had the chance to win prizes from popular mall retailers. Families enjoyed a hands-on craft station where children could design their own back-to-school backpacks, while younger kids played and created their own custom toys. The event blended entertainment, creativity, and community spirit, making the return to school a memorable experience for all.

The Spring Love Festival brought the spirit of Stevie B’s iconic hit “Spring Love” to life with an unforgettable evening of music, dancing, and community celebration at Assembly Park.
Blending the soulful energy of freestyle classics with a vibrant spring atmosphere, the festival featured live performances, energetic dance floors, and a crowd full of fans reliving the golden era of the 80s and 90s. Neon lights, heartfelt sing-alongs, and joyful reunions created a nostalgic backdrop that celebrated both music and togetherness.

Hop Fest - Assembly Park
Hop Fest at Assembly Park brought families together for an unforgettable Easter weekend filled with laughter, excitement, and springtime cheer! Guests enjoyed classic carnival rides, exciting outdoor games, and endless bouncing fun in our bouncy castle zone. The Easter Egg Hunt was a highlight for kids, while families captured special moments at our themed photo booths. Inside the main building, visitors explored a lively indoor market featuring local vendors, unique crafts, and festive treats, adding even more charm to the weekend experience. Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate Easter with joy, community, and plenty of fun. Hop Fest 2025 can’t come soon enough!

Celebrate Toronto – 191st Anniversary Event
An annual city-wide celebration hosted by Celebrate Toronto in collaboration with Toronto City Hall, marking Toronto’s 191st anniversary. The event brought together over 30 local food vendors, small businesses, and thousands of residents in a vibrant display of community spirit. The lineup featured live performances from the Evan Porter Group, DJ Mike Don’t, and FLIPSIDE, a well-known DJ who frequently collaborates with deadmau5. The evening ended with a spectacular fireworks show, lighting up the downtown skyline in a grand finale.
